Our programs and maintenance plans will keep your mechanical systems running at optimal levels and extend the lifetime of individual components. We consult with you to craft the right program of maintenance and preventative checkups that make the most sense for your facility – and your budget. Rather than adopt a “one size fits all” attitude, we bend over backwards to cater to customers’ particular situations and requirements. We work closely with the other departments so we can accurately assess your needs.

The service department at St. Cloud Refrigeration is supported by a highly experienced, professional staff and substantial investments in its infrastructure. Our technicians are trained to handle your routine maintenance as well as any emergency.  We keep a unique volume of inventory on hand in our warehouse and in our service vehicles so that you get the part you need when you need it. Each van carries several thousands of dollars’ worth of inventory. Our fleet is coordinated by dispatchers who are available 24/7 to respond to your call. And to make sure that nothing amiss happens between the time we send out a service technician and his/her arrival at your facility, we have a full-time automotive mechanic who keeps our fleet of vehicles in top running condition.
