RESTAURANT PROJECTS

We have designed and installed a wide range of food service packages at restaurants and bars throughout Central Minnesota. At the Stonehouse Tavern and Eatery in St. Joseph, we designed the kitchen space and installed stoves, coolers and work area modules. Working with an interior design that highlights key architectural and brand motifs, we configured the seating layout. We also provided tables, chairs and all other furniture, and we built the bar and equipped it with food service units and lighting.

At Rosters Bar & Grill, a brand new restaurant in St. Cloud, we matched the owners' specifications with a line of coolers, stoves, and other units. We then integrated all components with a customized ventilation system. Our planning took into consideration every detail of their business plan, from the architect's blueprints to variations in luncheon and dinner menu choices.
